WINEMAKING AND AGING
Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel barrels, storage in stainless steel barrels and then passage in small oak barrels (225 lt) for about six months.

MORE INFORMATION
It has a yellow bright colour with green reflections. The passage in barrique and the contact with the wood gives caramel aromas and vanilla scent to the wine. It tastes velvety and full.

Goes well with appetizers and cheeses.

Serve at 12-14 degrees centigrade.
